Wild Colonials' vocalist Angela will be performing a rare "solo
show" at the Village Underground
in New York City this May 16th.
Shark
has been involved with two separate award winners this month...The
play "Two Headed" that Shark
did the music for last year has won three awards at the LA Weekly
Theater awards!
Plus,
there will be a screening of the Film Short "Ezekiel"
(Music by Shark) which has won a Cinematographer's Guild award and
will be featured as the "Best of the Year" screenings
this weekend, May 5th.

Wild Colonials' vocalist Angela is performing a rare solo show in
New York May 16th.
Angela wanted to play out live some songs that she had written recently
with ex Shudder To Think guitarist
Nathan Larson.

2) Shark - Cinematographer's Guild winner
******************************************************************
Wild Colonials' guitarist Shark has done the music for a film short
called "Ezekiel" that will
be playing in Los Angeles this weekend, May
5th. It had a screening last week at the San Francisco International
Film Festival. (sorry, we just found out) "Ezekiel"
is already an award winner and will screen as part of the International
Cinematographer's Guild showcase of best films of the year.
Additional screenings will be announced in New York, Boston, Chicago,
Orlando, Miami, San Francisco and Dallas. The nine short films will
also be presented at the Cannes International Film Festival.
Ezekiel
Three lost souls in New York City unknowingly contribute to a strange
and extraordinary project. "Ezekiel", a modern guardian
angel, travels through the city collecting remnants of misguided
lives, finding hope in the most unlikely places. Directed by Sarah
Hamady, Devorah Herbert. Starring Shae D'Lyn, Anna Wilson, Silas
Weir Mitchell and Randy Becker

3) Shark - LA Weekly Theater award winner

The play "Two-Headed" that
Shark had done the music for has won three awards at this years
LA Weekly Theater Awards. The awards were for Best Actress, Best
Director and Best Writer.
The
play had a successful run at the John Anson Ford Theatre last year.
There is now some talk of making the play into a movie.
Congrats
